Each work of art by Claudia Hecht presents a different motif and in surpassing traditional canons, it constitutes a proposal in the materials that she uses as well as the style.
The axis that integrates this exhibit is the counterpoint between color and contemporary and primitive shapes that coexist in the same space: it´s a funicular synthesis of eras and technique; of real and imaginary figures; of contrast and textures.
Part of her work is a rescuing of the Mexican art of the pre-Columbian era but in a contemporary vision, although there are also some erotic themes and others with modern versions.
This artistic novelty combines archaeological, indigenous, mythological, oriental, tribal, exotic and modern elements.
